Description:
The Van der Heijden Institute was founded in 1966 by Prof. WCL van der Grinten and Prof. JMM Maeijer as a study centre for legal entity and company law. Its aim is to contribute in every possible way to the development and deepening of these parts of private law, in line with a tradition established at the time in Nijmegen by Prof. EJJ van der Heijden. The Van der Heijden Institute is part of the Business & Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law, Radboud University Nijmegen. The Van der Heijden Institute Series includes monographs, dissertations, conference proceedings and research findings into the operation of regulations in the specified research area. This Series also includes publications by the Association for Financial Law and Writings by the Association for Corporate Litigation. The scientific leadership of the Van der Heijden Institute and the editorial staff of the Series are in the hands of Prof. G. van Solinge, Prof. M. van Olffen, Prof. MP Nieuwe Weme and Prof. CDJ Bulten.
