On 31 January 2008 it will be 70 years ago that Beatrix Wilhelmina Armgard was born. As Crown Princess of the Netherlands, she was born for a life in the spotlight. In this book you will find the reflection of that life, in the 70 most beautiful and most special portraits from the archive of ANP Photo, the only agency that is allowed to photograph the queen on all official occasions. The book shows how our queen grew up, what she was like as a baby, as a girl with three sisters, as a pupil and later as a student. How she fell in love, got engaged and married.
