Description:
A lot of holiday fun is spoiled by physical discomfort, and those who spend a lot of time on the road for work will undoubtedly recognize the places where it hurts: shoulder, neck, lower back, hips and legs. Yoga teacher Gert van Leeuwen has written Yoga on the road for them. All exercises are also included on the accompanying CD. The following are discussed:
