Description:
In two stages, the Work and Security Act (WWZ) went from 'politics' to 'practice' in 2015. The time for criticizing the WWZ has, with its entry into force, made way for discussion about how this new law should be applied.
This publication contains reports of meetings held in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Roermond and Assen, in which lawyers and judges, among others, freely debated the WWZ in practice.
The first edition of this book contained only the report, also included in this edition, of two meetings on the WWZ held in Rotterdam in late 2014 and early 2015, and became a bestseller. This edition contains an even broader range of essential views on the WWZ due to the new layout, making it a useful tool for working with the WWZ in practice.
