Description:
Impressive novel about a carefully spun web of lies and betrayal *****
The two Roma women Raven and Ula lost their father at a young age in an accident at sea. Their narcissistic hippie mother withdrew into her own world after this loss, the sisters only had each other. When the adult Raven wants to find peace in Rome after a traumatic event, she makes a shocking discovery in a gallery there. But is what she sees true? To find out, she has to go to Spain.
In the meantime, not only has a new love entered her life, but her best friend Fredo also needs all her care and attention. The events follow each other in rapid succession and increasingly grab the reader by the throat.
